Answer:

x = 12

DEG = 130 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Since EF bisects the angle that means that the two "mini" angles are equal degrees. So 6x-7 (DEF) = 2x+41 (GEF)

6x-7=2x+41

-2x      -2x

4x-7=41

+7      +7

4x=48

/4      /4

x=12

so now pick an equation and replace x with 12, since you know that x=12

GEF = 2x+41

GEF = 2(12)+41

GEF = 24+41

GEF = 65 degrees

Remember how the DEF and GEF and equal degrees? That means that they are both 65 degrees, so by adding the angles together you get DEG

65 + 65 = 130

Find the area and the circumference of a circle with radius 3 cm.
pshichka [43]

1. Observe problem

Solve for the area and Circumference of a circle who's radius is 3 cm

Area for circle formula:

pi*r^2=

9pi

I simplicity is needed, 9 pi is around

28.2743338823cm^2

Circumference for circle formula: 2*pi*r

which is

6pi

if simplicity is again needed, its around

Find the area of the isosceles trapezoid. leave your answer in simplest radical form 4cm 7cm 3cm
nata0808 [166]
The area of a trapezoid is (a+b)/2 * h
a is the length of the small base which is the one on the top and is 4cm
b is the length of the big base which is the one at the bottom and is 4 + 3 + 3 = 10cm
h is the height which is 7cm
So the area is (4+10)/2 * 7
A= 14/2 * 7
A= 7 * 7
A= 49 cm^2
