Not sure but I think g(x)= -4x -8
The minus makes the graph descend and therefore it's on the other site of the y-axis (sorry for my English haha...I'm not a native speaker)

Given m || n, find the value of x and y.<br> m(7x+13)<br> n(3y-17) (9x-19)
Varvara68 [4.7K]

Answer:

9x - 19 = 7x + 13 \\ 2x = 32 \\ x = 16 \\ 3y - 17 + 9x - 19 = 180 \\ 9x + 3y = 180 + 17 + 19 \\ 9x + 3y = 216 \\ 3y = 216 - 144 = 72 \\ y =  \frac{72}{3}  = 24

KiRa [710]

Answer:

The mean of the tap water boiling point is about 2 degrees Celsius less than the mean of the salt water temperature.

Step-by-step explanation:

Boiling point is the temperature at which a liquid boils or changes from liquid form to gaseous form. Water has a boiling point of 100 degrees Celsius.

Boiling point of water depends on atmospheric pressure which changes according to the height above sea level of a place.

Boiling point can also change depending on the purity of water.Water that has impurities such as salt will have a slightly higher boiling temperature.

The mean of the tap water boiling point is about 2 degrees Celsius less than the mean of the salt water temperature.
