I think stress is a very pervasive part of human life because we are all continually going throughly many different things. There can be many factors that lead to stress but I think the two that are the most common is just normal everyday life for many also for some people school. I think stress can teach some things like maybe keeping yourself organized and also keeping your mental health in check as well, because stress can be so affective in that area.
