Answer:

The nursing educational program has the duty to report instances such as nurses not being able to follow the set guidelines and safe procedures associated with being a certified nurse to the BON.

The BON( Board of Nursing) is responsible for the strict compliance of nursing practitioners in following the safe method of operation and activities in the region to minimize risk of poor care and death of the people. This is why the nursing educational programs have to report to the BON.

What is happening to the cells in they hypotonic solution?
Assoli18 [71]

I have a really quick and easy way to remember this.

If a cell is placed in hypOtonic solution, it well swell up (water flows inside the cell. I remember this by the letter ‘O’ looking like a swollen cell. Also think hypo=low concentration of solutes meaning excess water outside the cell which will come in. Whenever you see hypo it means low. (Hypotension, hypotonic etc etc).

If a cell is placed in Hypertonic solution, it will crenate (shrink as the water flows out. You can also kinda look at the ‘e’ in hypertonic; the ‘e’ is kinda small and wrinkly like the cell when it shrinks down. Also the prefix ‘hyper-’ means something is high (hypertension=high blood pressure), which in this case means there is a high concentration of solutes that water will need to flow out of the cell to balance out.

This is a quick and easy way of working it out at a glance, but it’s always a good idea to know the reasons behind why it works because then you won’t need memory tricks. Understanding makes it easier.

Which of the following is an accurate criticism of social-cognitive theory?
Ksju [112]

It is an accurate critique of sociocognitive theory to say that sociocognitive theory explains behavior on the basis of the environment alone.

What does Social Cognitive Theory say?

The Social Cognitive Theory follows two distinct paths:

 1. one that seeks to clarify the "basic mechanisms that govern human functioning"
 2. and another that seeks to elucidate the "macroanalytic functioning of social factors in human development, adaptation and change".

With this information, we can conclude that it is an accurate critique of sociocognitive theory to say that sociocognitive theory explains behavior on the basis of the environment alone.
