John was involved in an automobile accident and was taken to the Emergency Department by ambulance for treatment. The physician
in the ED contacted Dr. Moodey’s office for information regarding John’s health as he was unconscious and unable to give a medical history. Dr. Moodey’s office was not able to contact Holly
Dr. Moodey or any of the
personnel inside Dr. Moodey’s department must inform Holly of the potential
risk that may happen to John since John was involved in an accident.
