I'm guessing the 20 percent off is from the $36.81 so you take 36.81 times 0.80 making it $29.448. Take 90 dollars and minus that amount.

Answer: $60.552 
Rounded Answer: $60.55 or $60.60 or $61

1) Change radical forms to fractional exponents using the rule:

The square root of 3 (\sqrt{3}) = 3 to the one-half power (3^{ \frac{1}{2} }).

2) Now use the product of powers exponent rule to simplify:
This rule says a^{m} a^{n} = a^{m+n}&#10;. When two expressions with the same base (a, in this example) are multiplied, you can add their exponents while keeping the same base.

You now have (3^{ \frac{1}{2} })*(3^{ \frac{1}{5} }). These two expressions have the same base, 3. That means you can add their exponents:
(3^{ \frac{1}{2} })(3^{ \frac{1}{5} })\\&#10;= 3^{(\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{5}) }\\&#10;= 3^{\frac{7}{10}}

3) You can leave it in the form 3^{\frac{7}{10}} or change it back into a radical \sqrt[10]{3^7}

Step-by-step explanation: so basically you know a complementary angle is 2 angles that make a straight line and a vertical angle crosses which means 2 angles are congruent to each other so I drew a line that bisected the angle by drawing a line that cut through the right angle and i extended a line down from the right angle so now I have a vertical angle and a complementary so from here I labeled each angle <1 <2 <3  If I know angle 3 is 56º then I know 56 plus __ equals 90º I then subtracted 56 from 90 and I got 34 and since I am trying to figure out what angle 1 is I know that angle 1 and 2 are vertical angles therefore I know they are congruent to each other so <1 = 34º
