Imagine that a you and a friend are exercising together at a gym. Your friend suddenly trips and falls, and it is clear that he
or she has suffered an ankle sprain. Luckily you know exactly what has happened. Explain how your friend sustained the injury and, assuming you had the necessary supplies, including a first aid kit and a phone, explain what steps could you take to stabilize your friend's injury.
My friend's ankle sprain occurred because he walked on an uneven surface. This caused his foot to turn towards the inside of his leg, stretching the ankle ligaments to the point of tearing them. To help my friend, I have to help him lie down and raise his foot, then I should apply a cold compress to his ankle and call the emergency service and explain what happened, so that he can receive care appropriate doctor. While we wait for the emergency service, I should move my friend's toes slowly to ease the pain and aid recovery.
Simply walking alone can actually do both of these however if you are looking for multiple answers then here are some examples: -Playing Sports -Jogging -Lifting Weights -Swimming -Dancing -Bike Riding etc...
