Lacrosse and ultimate frisbee/ultimate are played by<em> teams.</em> Both of them involve running a lot and trying to get the ball or the disc into the opponent's goal/end zone. The opponents try to catch the ball/disc in order to prevent the other team from scoring. Thus,<em> their movements are almost non-stop</em>. They require<em> a lot of stamina</em> from the team members. This makes them fun and very exciting. Due to their<em> similarity in nature</em>, both games require<em> similar movements and skills. </em>
