Answer and Explanation:

The computation of the amount considered as US sourced income is as follows;

= $5,000 × 10 days ÷ 20 days

= $2,500

The following are the requirement related to the fully exempt US source income is as follows:

1. The service should be perfomed by an United States NRA for 90 days or less

2. The compensation should not be more than $3,000

3. The service should be performed on behalf of

a. NRA, foreign corporation or partnership who not engaged in US trade

b. The office should be maintained in US by an individual who should be the citizen of US

So the same is not allowed for exemption

Explain the requirements for putting together an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). Include a discussion on mandatory and non-mandat
Sedbober [7]
Once a company reaches 50 or more employees, and meets any of the below criteria, it has 120 days to create an Affirmative Action Plan. Every year the company remains larger than 50 employees and meets the federal contracts guidelines listed below, it is required to update the plan to track changes in employee population and employee transactions.

In some instances, companies are required to implement an Affirmative Action Plan without a direct government contract. If government contractors purchase at least $50,000 worth of goods to fulfill their obligations on a government contract, then the goods’ seller is also subject to the OFFCP’s laws.

A prime example is a hardware company which sells screws to a company that builds Navy submarines. Although there’s no direct contract with the government for the hardware company, accepting the order as part of a government contract makes it a bill of lading, and if it exceeds $50,000 total revenue on those deals, then both sides must comply with Affirmative Action law.

Liono4ka [1.6K]

This is True that In the United States, inflation reached double-digit rates in the 1970s and early 1980s but has since declined and recently, has been relatively mild.

What is inflation?

A general increase in the cost of goods and services is referred to as inflation. Each unit of currency may purchase fewer products and services as the general price level rises, hence inflation is associated with a decline in the purchasing power of money.

When prices for goods and services increase rapidly, there is rapid inflation, which reduces the purchasing power of savings. Oil prices, currency speculators, rapacious businesspeople, and avaricious union leaders were held responsible for The Great Inflation.

Numerous businesses were destroyed and countless people were harmed by the Great Inflation and the recession that followed.

Cause for the decline in inflation:

 • Reduced government spending,
 • Stock market declines,
 • Consumer desire to save more money,
 • Tighter monetary regulations

When the economy's output expands more quickly than the amount of available credit and money, falling prices can also occur spontaneously

balandron [24]

Answer:

underprovide; overprovide

Explanation:

A good has positive externality if the benefits to third parties not involved in production is greater than the cost. an example of an activity that generates positive externality is research and development. Due to the high cost of R & D, they are usually under-produced. Government can encourage the production of activities that generate positive externality by granting subsidies.

A good has negative externality if the costs to third parties not involved in production is greater than the benefits. an example of an activity that generates negative externality is pollution. Pollution can be generated at little or no cost, so they are usually overproduced. Government can discourage the production of activities that generate negative externality by taxation
