He/She will transport patients from day surgery to the operating room, and to various units and wards. He/She will assist with the safe continuous flow of patients to and from day surgery throughout the day. Duties also include medication pick up, lab delivery, and escorting patient families to alternate location throughout the facility. CNAs must maintain a full, active and unrestricted certification to remain qualified for employment. Loss of certification will result in removal from the GS-621 CNA series and may result in termination of employment.
