TW!! how do u know if someone is depressed or have an eating disorder? i feel like i have these things but im not sure..

they often wanna be alone
Have an attitude
Get annoyed with everyone
Have no motivation
Just want to stay in bed all day
Don’t wanna complete simple task like brushing teeth
Crying
Numb
