\huge\mathrm{Answer࿐}

Our Atmosphere is full of freely subtended particles, and when light from sun strikes the particles then scattering occurs, in which blue colour is most scattered and hence causing Sky to appear blue .

Hope it helps !!

Blue light is scattered in the air in all directions. The scattering is caused by electromagnetic radiation by particles of a smaller wavelength.

What is the weight on Earth of a girl with a mass of 32 kg (F = ma)?
GenaCL600 [577]

Answer:

F = 313.6 N

Explanation:

weight is the force acting on an object due to gravity.

so,

  • f = ma (m = mass, a = acceleration)
  • f = 32 × 9.8
  • f = 313.6 Newton

( note : i have taken acceleration due to gravity as 9.8, it can be taken as an approx of 10, so if you have to take 10, the weight of girl will be 320 Newton )

if you apply a Force of F1 to area A1 on one side of a hydraulic jack, and the second side of the jack has an area that is twice
Firlakuza [10]

Answer:

2F_{1}

Explanation:

F₁ = Force on one side of the jack

A₁ = Area of cross-section of one side of the jack

F₂ = Force on second side of the jack

A₂ = Area of cross-section of second side of the jack = 2 A₁

Using pascal's law

\frac{F_{1}}{A_{1}}= \frac{F_{_{2}}}{A_{_{2}}}

\frac{F_{1}}{A_{1}}= \frac{F_{_{2}}}{2A_{_{1}}}

F_{1}= \frac{F_{2}}{2}\\

F_{2}= 2F_{1}

A beam of yellow light is made to pass through two slits that are 3.0 x 10−3 meters apart. On a screen 2.0 meters away from the
lakkis [162]

Answer:

585 nm

Explanation:

The formula that gives the position of the m-th maximum (bright fringe) relative to the central maximum in the interference pattern produced by diffraction from double slit is:

y=\frac{m\lambda D}{d}\Delta y =\frac{m\lambda D}{d}

where

m is the order of the maximum

\lambda is the wavelength

D is the distance of the screen from the slits

d is the separation between the slits

The distance between two consecutive bright fringes therefore is given by:

\Delta y = \frac{(m+1)\lambda D}{d}-\frac{m\lambda D}{d}=\frac{\lambda D}{d}

In this problem we have:

\Delta y = 3.9\cdot 10^{-4} m (distance between two bright fringes)

D = 2.0 m (distance of the screen)

d = 3.0 x 10−3 m (separation between the slits)

Solving for \lambda, we find the wavelength:

\lambda=\frac{\Delta y d}{D}=\frac{(3.9\cdot 10^{-4})(3.0\cdot 10^{-3})}{2.0}=5.85\cdot 10^{-7} m = 585 nm
