can someone make me a lab report? Please......... Objective(s): In your own words, what was the purpose of this lab? Hypothesis:

In this section, include the if/then statements for your lab. These statements reflect your predicted outcomes for the experiment. Procedure: In your own words, summarize the steps you took to complete your lab. Data: Data tables and graphs should be included in this section. Conclusion: Your conclusion will include a summary and an interpretation of the data results.

Glow stick lab:

Objective: The purpose of this lab were to see if a change in energy in a glow stick (by taking away or adding heat) made a reaction or changed the apperance of the glow stick.

Hypothesis: I think that if the energy in the glow stick changes, so will the amount of light it produces. I think that hotter will be brighter and colder will be dimmer.

Procedure:

Step 1: Activate the glow stick by cracking it and monitor the color for 1 minute

Step 2: Put the glow stick into hot water and monitor the color after 5 minute

Step 3: Put the glow stick into hot water and monitor the color after 5 minute

Data: (Put this in a table)

Column one:

Reaction energy

Normal (Room temp)

Increased (Hot)

Decreased (Cold)

Column two:

Color/Reaction

Normal color

Brighter color/glow

Duller/dimmer glow stick

Conclusion:

In this experiment I tested whether a change in tempurature would effect a glow sticks color. My hypothesis was, yes. When it became hotter, it would glow brighter and when it was colder, it would be dimmer. To test my theory, I activated a glow stick ang left it at room tempurature for 1 minute. Then I put it in a cup of hot water for one minute and repeated in a cup of cold water. My hypothesis was correct. I think this happens because when atoms heat up they move quicker, creating more energy.

I hope this helps! I took an old lab I did a few years ago so it should be okay for your teacher.

Mutations in genes encoding cell signaling proteins contribute to many cancers. For example, a chromosomal translocation fuses t
schepotkina [342]

Imatinib is a small molecule kinase inhibitor. The BCR-ABL kinase can phosphorylate a series of downstream substrates, leading to proliferation of mature granulocytes. Bcr-Abl kinase substrate is the tyrosine. The Protein Tyrosine Kinase activity is an important requirement for malignant transformation, and that it cannot be complemented by any downstream effector, though not all interactions of BCR-ABL with other proteins are phosphotyrosine dependent.

Calculate the change in entropy of 3 moles of liquid water if you heat it from 5˚C to 95˚C. The molar heat capacity of liquid wa
IceJOKER [234]

Answer: The entropy change of the liquid water is 63.4 J/K

Explanation:

To calculate the entropy change for same phase at different temperature, we use the equation:

\Delta S=n\times C_{p}\times \ln (\frac{T_2}{T_1})

where,

\Delta S = Entropy change

C_{p} = molar heat capacity of liquid water = 75.38 J/mol.K

n = number of moles of liquid water = 3 moles

T_2 = final temperature = 95^oC=[95+273]K=368K

T_1 = initial temperature = 5^oC=[5+273]K=278K

Putting values in above equation, we get:

\Delta S=3mol\times 75.38J/mol.K\times \ln (\frac{368}{278})\\\\\Delta S=63.4J/K

Hence, the entropy change of the liquid water is 63.4 J/K
