Health

I would say first think of your goal, something that will be achievable for you to accomplish then keep on setting your goals higher and higher until you are satisfied with what you have achieved. Then, i would say to work on your goal. Work on it day to day or even twice a week or maybe three times a week to achieve your goal that you have set.

I hope it helps! This is all in my own words and you may research the web as hard as you can and you shall not find it anywhere apart from here on this question.

Have a great day! Or night. Stay safe!

Brainliest would be appreciated!

What are the physical consequences of combining Antabuse with alcohol, and how does it work in treating alcohol addiction? (Site
Grace [21]

A person who drinks alcohol on a daily basis, in large quantities, often drinks alone, and often suffers from severe neurological and psychological conditions that can expose him to exploitation, expulsion from work or loss of money and family.

Alcohol addiction also affects internal and vital organs and functions, often causing fatal illnesses - if not killed in a traffic accident.

If you drink alcohol socially, that is, social events only, you are not far from the negative effects of alcohol, but you are at greater risk of becoming an alcoholic because it causes addiction.

We offer you these nutritious foods that will help you stop drinking alcohol and restore your health, your senses and your business:

1) Rice / Pasta / Brown Bread

The more foods are rich in grains, the healthier they will be. These foods, rich in low levels of sugary carbohydrates, help to gradually and slowly increase blood sugar, which helps curb drinking cravings.

2) Foods rich in vitamin B

Vitamin B helps reduce craving for alcohol. So try to focus on foods rich in vitamin B in the early stages of stopping drinking, foods rich in vitamin B:

Liver, beef, tuna, oats, turkey, walnuts, bananas, potatoes, avocados.

3) Vegetables

Try to introduce more vegetables into your diet, vegetables rich in fiber and nutrients that help heal the body and digestive system of toxins and get rid of them.

4) foods containing L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine is a protein found in most protein food foods. This amino acid helps improve brain function, especially for alcoholics, improves sleep quality and reduces anxiety and cravings for harmful alcohol.

5) Uncooked food.

A recent study showed that 60-70% of uncooked food can cure alcohol cravings. Concentrate on salad recipes that contain uncooked vegetables and fruits to treat the addiction problem quickly.
