This isn’t very helpful probably but it helped white people lol any POC were not helped at all. i can’t remember exactly what he did bc i learned this last year but i know that he was actually relatively successful in helping many (white) people get jobs and become less burdened financially. the one thing i remember is that he ordered a “bank holiday” to give the banks a few days or something to recover and that helped a lot.
