Triangles add to 180 so you can do 42+60= 102 now add that to 14 which is 116 so your new equation is (8x+116)=180 so now 180-116= 64 and 8/64 = 8
ANSWER x=8

There are 609 skiers in line for the lift if each chair seats 6 people how many skiers will be on the last chair
Zolol [24]

Answer:

3 skiers will be on the last chair

Step-by-step explanation:

Divide 609 skiers by 6 people per chair:

609 ÷ 6 = 101.5 (also can write as 101 and remainder of 3)

Multiply 101 • 6 = 606

609 - 606 = 3

Each of 8 students reported the number of movies they saw in the past year. This is what they reported: 5, 4, 18, 19, 12, 20, 12
djyliett [7]
Mean is just the average of all of them
So... 5 + 4 + 18 + 19 + 12 + 20 + 12 + 12 = 102
Then you divide that number by the amount of numbers you have so 102 / 8 = 12.75 or rounding it up to 13

For median you have to first put them in order from smallest to largest.
So 4 5 12 12 12 18 19 20
Then you have to find the middle number between them but in this case we have two... 12 and 12. Since they're the same number, the median is 12.
