Primera regla los pacientes no pueden tener correas, ni efectos personales como objetos punzo penetrantes, por ejemplo un lapiz. Igual las camas hospitalarias no deben tener ningún cable conector. Lo pueden usar para suicidarse

Segunda regla no se permiten sacerdotes o profetas o pastores, de ningún tipo de religión, hay que respetar la libertad de culto de cada paciente. Se respeta la creencia de cada quien.

Tercera regla el personal medico y enfermera no puede bajo ninguna circunstancia ofender verbalmente a ningún paciente, aunque sea agredido por este, mucho menos se acepta la agresión física. Son enefermos mentales, no son responsables de lo que dicen o hacen.
