I think typing a stand form equation into a graphing calculator works. (Look up dezmos if you don't have one) but if you want to put it into slope intercept form then add 2y to both sides to get 5x=-4+2y. Then add 4 to both sides to get 5x+4=2y. To get the final answer divide everything by 2 to get 5/2x+2=y 
I'm assuming you know how to graph from a slope intercept form equation. (If not just say:)
