In a team if someone gets stuck with the selected tasks for the iteration, what is the immediate next step?

Computers and Technology
1 answer:
ANTONII [103]3 years ago

Answer:

The team member has to immediately inform the lead or onsite coordinator without wasting time and take up another task

Explanation:

In a situation where someone in a team is unable to move further to another tasks the next step is for the team member to immediately inform the onsite coordinator in order for them to take up another task reason been that the onsite coordinator sole responsibility is to ensure the completion of tasks without any flaw and Secondly if the team members did not inform the onsite coordinator immediately it will eventually lead to waste of time due to the time spent on the tasks thereby affecting the next tasks.

Therefore the immediate next step is for the team member to immediately inform the lead or onsite coordinator without wasting time and take up another task.

Monster Collector
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

In java:

import java.util.*;

public class Main{

public static void main(String[] args) {

 Scanner input = new Scanner(System.in);

 int monsternum, usernum;

 int count = 0;

 Random rand = new Random();

 String [] monsters = {"wild pikamoo","wild bulbaroar"};

 for(int i =0;i<2;i++){

     monsternum = rand.nextInt(5);

     System.out.print("A "+monsters[i]+" appears! Guess a number between 1 and 5: ");

     usernum = input.nextInt();

     if(monsternum == usernum){      count++;      System.out.println("Congratulations, you caught a "+monsters[i]+"!");  }

 else{      System.out.println("You almost had it, but the monster escaped.");  }

 }

 System.out.println("There are no more monsters to encounter!");

 System.out.println("You caught "+count+" monsters of 2");

 if(count!=2){      System.out.print("Keep training to be the very best!");  }

 else{      System.out.print("You're the monster collector master!");  }

}

}

Explanation:

This declares monster and user number as integers

 int monsternum, usernum;

Initialize count to 0

 int count = 0;

Call the random object

 Random rand = new Random();

Create a string array to save the monster names

 String [] monsters = {"wild pikamoo","wild bulbaroar"};

Iterate for the 2 monsters

 for(int i =0;i<2;i++){

Generate a monster number

     monsternum = rand.nextInt(5);

Prompt the user to take a guess

     System.out.print("A "+monsters[i]+" appears! Guess a number between 1 and 5: ");

Get user guess

     usernum = input.nextInt();

If monster number and user guess are equal, congratulate the user and increase count by 1

<em>      if(monsternum == usernum){      count++;      System.out.println("Congratulations, you caught a "+monsters[i]+"!");  } </em>

If otherwise, prompt the user to keep trying

<em>  else{      System.out.println("You almost had it, but the monster escaped.");  }  </em>

<em>  } </em>

Print no monsters again

 System.out.println("There are no more monsters to encounter!");

Print number of monsters caught

 System.out.println("You caught "+count+" monsters of 2");

Print user score

<em>  if(count!=2){      System.out.print("Keep training to be the very best!");  } </em>

<em>  else{      System.out.print("You're the monster collector master!");  } </em>

Algorithm and flowchart to find the perimeter and area of square
kupik [55]

Answer:

I can give you the perimeter "algorithm" but not the flowchart.

Here you go:

p = w * 4

p = perimiter,

w = width/height

4 = the amount of sides needed.

perimeter = width * 4

to include both width and height, we would instead use:

perimeter = 2(width+height)

This also works with rectangles ^

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

To find an area, it is just width * height. This is also compatible with rectangles.

Translate each of these statements into logical expressions using predicates, quantifiers, and logical connectives. a) Something
yKpoI14uk [10]

Answer:

Let P(x) = x is in the correct place

Let Q(x) =  x is in the excellent place

R(x) denotes the tool

Explanation:

a) Something is not in the correct place.

P(x) is that x is in the correct place so negation of ¬P(x) will represent x is not in the correct place. ∃x is an existential quantifier used to represent "for some" and depicts something in the given statement. This statement can be translated into logical expression as follows:

                                                    ∃x¬P(x)

b) All tools are in the correct place and are in excellent condition.

R(x) represents the tool, P(x) represents x is in correct place and Q(x) shows x is in excellent place. ∀ is used to show that "all" tools and ∧ is used here because tools are in correct place AND are in excellent condition so it depicts both P(x) and Q(x). This statement can be translated into logical expression as follows:

                                       ∀ x ( R(x) → (P(x) ∧ Q(x))

c) Everything is in the correct place and in excellent condition.

Here P(x) represents correct place and Q(x) represents excellent condition ∀ represent all and here everything. ∧  means that both the P(x) and Q(x) exist. This statement can be translated into logical expression as follows:

                                              ∀ x (P(x) ∧ Q(x)
