What are characteristics of applied force ?
saul85 [17]

Answer:

An applied force is an interaction of one object on another that causes the second object to change its velocity. A resistive force passively resists motion and works in a direction opposite to that motion. An inertial force resists a change in velocity.

If the number of equally likely sample outcomes of a single ASAP! stage of an experiment is 4, what is the total number of eleme
Harrizon [31]

Answer:

C. 64

Explanation:

Given:

The number of equally likely sample outcomes of a single stage = 4

Unknown:

Total number of elements if there are three stages= ?

Solution;

Probability is the likelihood of an event to occur.

  In this problem;

      For a single stage, the likely outcome is 4

So therefore;

   For the 3 stages 4 x 4 x 4 = 64

Therefore, the total number of elements in the sample space of an experiment with 3 stages is 64

You have a solution with an unknown concentration of hcl, in order to determine the concentration of hcl you titrate 35.00ml of
slava [35]

Answer:-

0.648 M

Explanation:-

Volume of Ba(OH)2= 34.63ml/1000=0.03463 litre

Number of moles of Ba(OH)2 = 0.3275 M x 0.03463 litre

= 0.01134 moles

Since Ba(OH)2 has 2 OH in its formula,

Number of moles of OH- = 2 x 0.01134=0.02268 moles.

Volume of HCl= 35ml/1000 = 0.035 litre

At the end point number of moles of H+ = number of moles of OH-.

Number of moles of HCL= Concentration of HCl x Volume of HCl

∴ Concentration of HCl = 0.02268 moles/ 0.035 litre

= 0.648 moles/ litre

= 0.648 M
