The abbreviation AMID means "Attention, Memory, Imitation, Desire". These are the 4 elements of the process of learning by observation, a theory developed by Bandura. The Process follows the following steps; first, we observe a behavior, then we pass it to our long-term memory, and then we reproduce an imitation of it, to carry out this whole process we must have a desire or motivation to carry it out.
