There are actually 2 kinds of minerals mainly in our human bone. They're calcium and phosphorus.
There are also other types of minerals, but they're in very small amounts. Mainly are those 2.
We can take in these 2 minerals by eating food such as diary foods, meat, eggs etc.
Also, if we have a lack of intake of calcium or phosphorus, one of the deficiency disease can be rickets, like soft bones, legs may bend outside as a child or bones may crack easily in adults.

Why might using retroviral vectors for gene therapy increase the patient's risk of developing cancer? a. Retroviral vectors may
Svetllana [295]

The use of retroviral therapies can increase the patient's risk of developing cancer because they may integrate recombinant DNA into the genome in ways that may misregulate the expression of genes. Therefore the correct option is D.

What is retroviral therapy?

Retroviral therapy is an HIV treatment where medicines are taken as prescribed by a healthcare professional. This treatment reduces the amount of HIV in an HIV-infected person.

HIV does not have a cure but antiretroviral therapy can reduce the risk of potential health issues caused by HIV.

This treatment can help to control the virus in an HIV-infected person within 6 months. The treatment for HIV cannot prevent the transmission of other sexually transmitted diseases.

Therefore the correct option is D.

PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE
VMariaS [17]

Most of the mutations have no effects whatsoever on the organisms but some can be dangerous. There are two types of mutations that cause harm to the organism's ability to survive:teratogen muations are the mutations that form inside the uterus when the fetus is still developing and can even kill it or cause severe malformations that lead to death in the early life. Carcinogen mutations are the ones that lead to the formation of neoplasms(masses of cells that divide uncontrollably, basicly cancer).
