Self respect can give off an energy to others that you know your worth and everything the people you communicate with will respect you also if u respect yourself. Some ways to show respect to others is to have empathy for them, be kind to them, and help them when they are in need.

Because your body will learn that i will get food more frequently even if is just a small portion and will burn more fat(energy) during that short time period and breakfast is the first meal of the day after nit eating for at least 8 hours you need the energy to start your day and so your body has the energy to do things that would make you feel more healthy and with energy.
