I think you might be right in both.

At first, I thought the first one would be "decrease without bounds" because it seems as if it continues to decrease. But once you look at it, y does seem to be approaching 0--forever, considering the arrows that keep on going without stop.

Also, I believe that you are right in the second one as well, because t(x) does increase without any bounds. It goes up and up, never stopping, never ending.
