Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
Your personal fitness is what you make of it. A physically demanding job can be beneficial if you also support it with a nutritious diet and maintain proper health. But if your job is physically active and you eat more than needed, it does not matter how much you are working, because you are still consuming more calories than you are burning.

you'd have to go beyond your limits. And you can't keep telling yourself, "there's no way I could do that" something I always say is that "as long as you don't give up, you've never truly lost, only when you give up are you truly defeated". And, it depends on what you do and what your interests are. You could be a streamer or an activist. But you need to be aware of what people like and don't like, while also being yourself.
