In my opinion what makes literature good is that you can relate to it and it makes you reflect on different aspects of your life, or connections can be made.Literature is bad if you cannot make any connections to it or you cannot understand it.I feel really comfortable determining the quality of literature and I feel easy to critique a text . It also gives a cause and effect (because of the attack, there is consequence for the Japanese Americans). This is just one of the structures you can use, but of course there are many more examples you can give.
Part 2
In the passage no gumption it shows the presence of a descriptive structure and describes and idea and helps explain the characters by depicting them to the reader. To build a fire shows sequential structure by explaining he ideas in a time order. The story also shows that his actions led up to his hardships because of his decisions. And do it yourself. ;)

we have also heard of the angels in fairy tales. The angels are also depicted with beautiful wings. Angels are also luckiest to have wings.
If i have wings i feel i'm the most luckiest on this earth. I will fly from place to place and explore things. I will fly upon the water levels and enjoy. Fly across mountains, waterfalls and i will sleep across the nature's lap in the top of hills.
Sky is the limit for me if i have wings. I will aim to reach for the sky and fly higher and higher competiting with all birds.
i can transport from one place to another with free of cost :-) No petrol and no diesel... In this way i will do a small favour to the nature by not polluting it.
