Idk that’s a hard question
Health related components of fitness are skills that improve health, fight diseases and improve daily life

Cardio Endurance is the bodies ability to utilise oxygen efficiently to improve this skill a good example would a long distance running. Muscular Strength is the amount the muscle can lift in one repetition max an example would be weigh training. Anaerobic Capacity is the bodies ability to maximise short burst of energy for example sprint training. Muscular Endurance is the number of repetitions in a period of time this is the muscles ability to keep going this would be low intensity weight training. Physiologist.
In order to assist patients in maintaining or improving their health, exercise physiologists assess their level of fitness. They aid in the recovery of health for those suffering from heart disease as well as other long-term illnesses like diabetes or pulmonary (lung) disease. Athletes who want to improve their performance, both professional and amateur, can also work with them.
The exercise physiologist assesses a patient's cardiovascular health and metabolism using stress tests as well as other evaluation tools, and after determining the patient's goals and/or needs, he or she creates a fitness program that includes ramping up flexibility and fitness as well as establishing strength and endurance.
