Differences between:

Bheja is prevalent in the Magar community. It is the organisation which functions to gain the social objectives.

Badghar is prevalent in Tharu community. it refers to the position of a village leader who leads his own village.

Guthi is prevalent in Newar community. It is a social organisation which maintains the socio economic order of Newar society.
