The figure makes 2 semi circles and 1 rectangle so,

Area of rectangle = Length x breadth

Area of rectangle = 12 x 10

Area of rectangle = 120

Now for the semi circles , we have 2 semi-circles which means area of both semi circles would be

Area of semi circle = $\frac{1}{2} \pi r^2$

so, Area of two semi circles would be = $(\frac{1}{2} \pi r^2)2$

so, Area of two semi circles would be = $\pi r^2$

now for the radius we know that,

Diameter = 2 x radius

D = 2r
