B. The hospital made a mistake because the combinations all have T in them, which is dominant. The combination has to have tt for the baby to have short eyes. But tt is not a possible combination in this situation. So it is not possible for the baby to have short eyes, however tall eyes are possible.

I think the nurse should not allow the parents to do their crying and yelling or exclude them until the anxious child has calmed down as the child cannot deal with her/his  pain as long she/he is stressed out by the parents behaviour.

How is a problem statement and hypothesis connected

Problem statement is a question that comes to the mind and then stated whereas hypothesis is given after the question has been identified and the background research has been done.

Problem statement is just a question while hypothesis is an answer to the problem statement that can be proved or disproved. The experiment is carried out after the hypothesis is given in order to validate it. The data of the experiment is studied and the results are interpreted. The results then either validate the given hypothesis.
