Answer:

Explanation:

Assumptions

  • They would ionize completely, or you must assume that.
  • The volumes must be the same as well.
  • 0.11M Cu(NO3)2 ===> 0.11MCu2+   + 0.22 NO3-

Note

The concentrations would merely add. All things change if the assumptions I've made are not true.

The process that is the opposite of sublimation is called deposition. Use the example of frost formation to infer why this proce
Vedmedyk [2.9K]

Answer:

See explanation

Explanation:

Sublimation refers to the movement of molecules directly from solid into the vapor or gas phase while deposition refers to the movement of  molecules directly from the gas phase into the solid phase. The two are opposite to each other.

Frost is formed in a situation where a substance cools to a temperature that is lower than its dew point. In this situation, the vapour is directly deposited on a surface to form a frost without passing through a liquid phase. Hence the name, deposition.

How many moles of oxygen gas are required to react with 2.0 moles of sugar?
blagie [28]
Stoichiometry comes down to the mole ratios, as given by the balanced chemical equation. Your balanced equation says that 1 mole of sugar will react with 12 moles of oxygen to make 12 moles of CO2 and 11 moles of water. If 12 moles of oxygen reacts with 1 mole sugar, then how many moles of oxygen will react with 2 moles of sugar? Despite the fact that sugar can be used for model rocket fuel, this ain't rocket science.

As for the other two, you still have to work with the mole ratios as given by the balanced equation. But you have to covert the mass of NH3 to moles first, then figure out the moles of ammonium chloride and then convert it back to grams. This is best done with a couple of conversion factors.
