Answer:

The rhyme scheme in "The Fly" is ABCB

Explanation:

The rhyme scheme refers to the pattern of rhymes found at the end of each verse of a poem or song. Each verse in a stanza is designated a letter, and the verses with the same designated letters rhyme with each other.

In the poem "The fly", in each stanza the lines that rhyme with each other are the 2nd and 4th line. As we can see in the following stanzas:

For I dance

And drink & sing:

Till some blind hand

Shall brush my wing.

If thought is life

And strength & breath:

And the want

Of thought is death;

Here we can see that lines 2 and 4 of each stanza rhyme with each other, therefore having the pattern ABCB, where B represents the lines that rhyme.

A ( first stanza )
B ( second stanza )
C ( Third Stanza )
B ( Fourth stanza )

This is your rhyme scheme... The second and the fourth one rhyme so they are both B and A does not rhyme with any neither does C.

andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer:

If everyone was the same then we would probably get on well. We would all have the same opinions so people wouldn't argue with each other but also if everyone was the same then we wouldn't grow as people or as a human race

It is because of our diversity that we are where we are today. If we didn't have that then we would probably be very behind as a society but relationships would thrive.
