Inhalants can be breathed in through the nose or the mouth in a variety of ways, such as—

"sniffing" or "snorting" fumes from containers;
spraying aerosols directly into the nose or mouth;
"bagging" — sniffing or inhaling fumes from substances sprayed or deposited inside a plastic or paper bag;
"huffing" from an inhalant-soaked rag stuffed in the mouth; and
inhaling from balloons filled with nitrous oxide.

When doing flexibility exercises:
coldgirl [10]
Your supposed to feel a little discomfort, because that is normal. Discomfort is mild only when you have been doing that same exercise for a while and because you are trying to stretch the muscle you need to slowly stretch the muscle in order to get the actin and myosin filaments at the proper length for optimum contraction. Bouncing while stretching causes quick pulls on the muscle making it less stretched than one that is slowly stretched.
