aniked [119]
Elastic demand that can also be called demand elasticity refers to how responsive the demand for this brand of apple juice is by change of prices and consumer income. if they sell out a higher amount of apple juice from customers than usual, then they’d probably sell it for a higher price.

I am trying to understand the Opportunity cost. Can anyone help me please? I can't seem to get Economics, I really need help. Yo
sesenic [268]
Basically "Opportunity cost" is what you're going to lose (or have a potential to lose) if you chose a different action than what you're presented with. In the example, you're working for $15 an hour, but if you decide instead to skip a pratrice to go to the fair you're losing out of the $15 an hour you'll be paid and have to pay $9 to go to the fair. All total, you're opportunity costs for that will be $24 (fifteen you would have made plus the nine dollar fee.) This is also assuming, of course, they don't fire/dock you for just skipping work.

Under the sales comparison approach to valuation, a subject property has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and is on a golf course. The
kondaur [170]

Answer:

The subject property should be valued at $760,000

Explanation:

Sales comparison approach to valuation in real estate values properties by comparing their similar characteristics, and the features are priced. The total value of a property is thus the addition of all features.

In the instance given, both properties have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and so using comparison theses features are equally priced at $690,000.

So the property with the golf course will have $690,000 added to the value of the golf course ($70,000).

That is $760,000.
