Personal health is very important its what keeps you sane in mental cases in physical its what keeps you healthy. If nobody exercised they would grow slim and weak and probably be more prone to certain diseases. It is important you feed and exercise your body so it can keep fighting diseases, death off.

You could eat healthier scientists say if you eat proper and lots of healthy foods you will be able to live until your 90's, that is if you eat healthy and exercise a lot.
