Have you ever heard the phrase, “It’s not what you say, but how you say it?” That’s because people interpret what we’re saying b

ased on the tone that we use when we’re speaking. In writing, tone comes across through the specific words that we use, and the way we address our reader. Think about the words you might use if you were telling your friend about a really good book you’ve read. How would your tone change if you were telling your principal instead? In your journal, write a letter to your principal that describes a book or movie you recently enjoyed. Remember to use a formal greeting, be careful not to speak too casually, and check your spelling. You want to make a good impression.
I HAVE THE ANSWER IT IS.
Dear Principal, I wanna tell you about a movie I seen its called Garfield. I loved it so much I wanna show you it too so you can show other people about it. I know this letter is short but I just wanted to tell you about it so much! -robyn

Mkey [24]

Answer:

Explanation:

The main motivation for this is a better life for their families. Many of these individuals are running from a poverty that most people in the States can't properly imagine. In third-world countries, poverty is not, "not being able to afford new clothes or electronics" it's not being able to buy food to survive, or clothes at all. Most of these people are also running from some of the worst and most violent places on Earth, where gangs basically run complete cities and the murder rate is extremely high. Basically, for many of these families (which also have children) its either take the risk in hopes of a better and safer life for their families or live there whole lives (however short it may be) in poverty and fear.

Differential Association Theory is the correct answer.

The Differential Association Theory was developed by Edwin Sutherland. It suggests that the more a person hangs around people who present deviant behaviors, more likely he/she is of choosing the criminal path, as well. Thus, If Charmaine is surrounded by the majority of teens who steal and approve of this behavior, more likely she is of acting the same way.
