Well the only benefit in that list is "C. fresh smelling hair and clothes"

My mom smokes and every time I hang around with her, not only does she smell like smoke, so does my clothing and hair. I feel like I can't get the smell off of me.

That's one of the many reasons I hate smoking actually.
