The Federal Art Project was a program incorporated by President Roosevelt into the New Deal and sponsored by the Works Progress Administration (WPA), which sought to provide job relief to American artists but in jobs that matched their abilities. More than 10,000 artists benefited from this program, including Dox Thrash, John Augustus Walker, and Diego Rivera, the art created at the time is so important to the country that the WPA together with the FBI have a program called Art Recovery Project with which they look for all those pieces of art that have not been lost through the years.
I attach its logo and an image of the number of jobs generated.
I don't know what movies are listed in your article but I will tell you about the Matrix movie that has special effects and scenes in it.
In this movie, we can see visual special effects such as slow motion. A Slow-motion moment in Matrix movie is very popular and it is creating the usual effect of detaching the tame and also space. It is also known as bullet-time effect.
In this scene, two characters are in slow motion fighting and one of them is shooting the bullets while Keanu Reeves is avoiding them which we can see through slow motion. This is a cult scene of modern cinematography and we couldn't be able to see avoid of bullets if there wasn't used this special slow-motion effect.
Example of movies with special effects: Avatar, Ghost Busters, Gremlins

The one that is melodic or easy to hear is melodic. If your French teacher has a friendly smile and a melodious voice, you can probably sit for hours listening to her, such as bird calls, poet voices, songs sung in the shower, etc. Everything that sounds sweet is melodious.
A melody can be composed by playing the same single note multiple times, or it can be composed of multiple notes. It is usually done within some scale, as explained below. For example, singing or playing "Happy Birthday" is the same song.
