Yes

Explanation:

Before the attack on Pearl Harbour, Americans wanted to stay out of the war because they considered it a 'European war' and due to the fact that many German and Italian immigrants lived there. Only after Pearl Harbour did America join into the war and after the war Isolationism was gone as FDR started connecting America with the rest of the world.
