So we know that at 55 degrees it’s 690 mL, so first we do 690/55≈12,5454...
Now we know that for 1 degree its ≈12.5454.. mL and we want for 30 degrees so we do 12.5454.. x 30≈ 376.363636... mL.
The volume the gas will occupy at 30 degrees is 376.363636... mL.

How many grams in 3 moles of H2O?
Dominik [7]

Answer:

There are 54.03 grams in 3 moles of H2O

There are 3.2 moles in 519.3 g FeCl3

There are 56.0 g in 2 moles of CO

Explanation:

H2O molar mass: 18.01 g/mol

 to calculate the grams: 3 mol H2O * 18.01 g/mol

FeCl3 molar mass: 162.2 g/mol

 to calculate moles: 519.3g FeCl3 / 162.2 g/mol

CO molar mass: 28.01 g/mol

to calculate grams: 28.01 g/mol CO * 2 mol CO

What is meant when one says that acetic acid is a stronger acid than benzoic acid?
kozerog [31]

Its the other way around actually. Benzoic acid is stronger than acetic acid because the electron-donating inductive effect (+I) by the alkyl group on acetic acid destabilise the conjugate base of acetic acid.

hope this helps :)

Identify the major organic product of the following reaction. If two regioisomers are formed in appreciable amounts, show them b
bonufazy [111]

Answer:

p-bromobenzyl cyanide

Explanation:

In a nucleophilic substitution, a nucleophile replaces a leaving group (halide ion) from a carbon atom, using a lone pair of electrons to form a new bond with the carbon atom.

In this reaction, the cyanide ion is the nucleophile and the bromide ion is the leaving group.

This nucleophilic substitution is an example of an SN₂ reaction. This reaction occurs in a single step, where bonds break and form simultaneously.

In this product, the nucleophile occupies the opposite stereochemical position to the original position of the leaving group. This result is known as an inversion of the carbon atom configuration.

PLEASE HELP!!!
Explain how an electric car might still run on fossil fuels.
Dominik [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

When you use electricity to charge your car, you can integrate renewable resources like solar into the fueling process. Without solar, your electric vehicle is still effectively running off of fossil fuels – it's just the fossil fuels utilized at the power plant and not within your engine.
