Why did the founders of the united states include the ""necessary and proper"" clause?
Gnoma [55]

Based on the political manifestation, the founders of the United States included the "necessary and proper" clause to give Congress the authority or power to legislate for "carrying into execution" the powers of another branch of government.

Another obvious reason that is considered as to why the founders of the United States include the "necessary and proper" is to regard and strengthen the principle of separation of powers.

The necessary and proper clause can be found in Article I, Section 8, Clause 18 of the United States Constitution.

This clause gives the U.S Congress implied powers to carry out other governmental functions other than those specified by the expressed power.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that the necessary and proper clause gives Congress more powers in the United States.

The influences of the Protestant ethic and Social Darwinism are unmistakable in the history of the U.S. social welfare policy, I
Alja [10]

The concepts of work and morality are reflected in a prosperity, whose base is the submission of developing countries and a moral decay where individualism has deteriorated the endearing values of the American people that originated the American Revolution.

Darwinism has influenced in a partial, not total and somewhat negative, due to the high rate of Americans who express their faith in Protestantism and Catholicism and whose behavior, they ratify. Clear example of this, are the Media, schools and more than forty states that have a stance against Darwinism.

List and explain four new methods or inventions in agriculture in this era.
ipn [44]

Answer:

1. Cotton Gin: In colonial times, cotton cloth was more expensive than linen or wool because of the extreme difficulty of separating seed from the clinging fibers. One man could pick the seeds from only about 1 pound of cotton fiber per day.

2. Reaper/Binder: Small grains had been harvested by hand for centuries, cut with sickles or scythes, hand-raked and tied into sheaves. Grain harvesting machines first appeared in Great Britain in about 1800, and in the U.S. a decade or two later, but most failed. Obed Hussey and Cyrus McCormick developed successful reapers during the 1830s.

3. Thresher: When grain was being cut by hand, the method for separating the kernels from the straw was equally slow and labor intensive. Grain was hauled to a barn where it was spread on a threshing floor and either beaten with hand flails or trampled by animals. That knocked the kernels free of the straw, which was then raked away. The remaining mixture was winnowed by tossing it into the air where the wind was relied upon to blow the chaff and lighter debris away from the heavier grain, which fell back onto the threshing floor.

4. Combined Harvester-Thresher: By the 1920s the steam traction engine was on it's way out, but it paved the way for the gasoline tractors that followed.
