It is often said that there are no great leaders any more.how far do you agree?
mina [271]

Answer:

yes it is said quite often and I agree with this statement. Take are ex president Donal Trump for example. Many people have said he is not a good president and many people (including me but that's my opinion) think that he is not a good leader what so ever. Also people found it hard to vote for our current president (Joe

Biden) as they didnt think he or Donald Trump would be a good leader.

Why are landmarks so important?
Alex787 [66]

Answer:

Since landmarks are points of reference to locate other objects, their outside must be important—as they are perceived or imagined by a person linking two objects. Landmarks are related to movement, such as passing by (waypoints), turning (decision points), or heading (distant points of orientation )

In 200 words, identify three examples of figurative language and explain how they relate to the themes of Shakespeare’s “Sonnet
jenyasd209 [6]

In lines 9-12, symbolism is applied through the image of fire. The “glowing” fire signifies the narrator’s dimming youth, as its dull embers will soon expire and turn to “ashes.”

In line 4, Shakespeare uses personification, "sweet birds sang". Birds cannot sing but he was telling us that the birds were chirping and it sounded like a song.

In line 6 and 7, Shakespeare uses personification again. He says, "As after sunset fadeth in the west; Which by and by black night doth take away". This is a personification because the night cannot "take away the sun.

All of these figurative language examples make the poem easier to read and visualize what Shakespeare is saying.
