He bought 200 masks.
And 1 mask costs Rs. 5. So for the equation you do...

1 mask = Rs. 5
200 masks = x(unknown)

➡️ x = Rs. 5 * 200 masks/ 1 mask

➡️ x = 1,000/1

➡️ x = Rs. 1,000

Georgia [21]

Answer:

Only 16 problems correct

Step-by-step explanation:

Well I thought that since 80% is  4/5 then I should do 20 divided by 5 which will get me 4 and since I'm doing 4/5 I should go all the way up to 80% of 20 which will get me 16.

I'm not making that much sense but

Hope this helps :)

A test consists of 100 multiple choice questions, each with five possible answers, only one of which is correct. Find the mean a
TEA [102]

Answer:  Mean = 20 and standard deviation = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x represents the success of getting the correct answer.

Here, the total number of trials(n) = 100

The probability of getting the correct answer, p = 1/5

Thus, the mean of the number of correct answer,

\mu_x= np

\mu_x= 100\times 1/5

\mu_x= 20

Now, the standard deviation, \sigma_x= \sqrt{n\times p\times (1-p)}

\sigma_x= \sqrt{100\times 1/5\times 4/5}

\sigma_x= \sqrt{16}

\sigma_x= 4

Thus, First option is correct.
