In this each principle should runin proper way like frequency of various slots including exercises for strengthening muscles, weight lifting etc. Intensity of workout in each day, time of workout should be fixed like 45 minutes to 1 hour per day. Safety measures should be taken during workout regime.

When a person wants to develop his muscle and make his body fit up to mark then he need to ,maintain some strict principle like frequency, time, safety measures and intensity of work out. Otherwise going to the gym and investing time and money will go in vain. So, intensity of work out should be planned in a routine work without fail.

Time of work out must be maintained for e.g 45 minutes to 1 hour per day or whatever the trainee thinks possible but time should be fixed. Safety measures must be taken so that any type injury not cause to the trainee in a hurry of muscle making.
