Career choice can be made again by core discussion with peers, parents, colleges, and others. It can be chosen on the basis of self interest and introspection. If this is not a multiple choice question, I would reccomend rehydrating your body, dressing in the appropriate exercise clothing, and stretching. If you are going to swim, then you should probably take a shower before entering a pool.
