Genetics can influence the amount of body fat an individual possesses.
Nadusha1986 [10]

Answer:

The above statement is true.

Explanation:

-Genetics is the study of heredity and how genes are passed from one generation to another . It is among the factors that determine the body fat, others being; exercise, the basal metabolic rate and the basal metabolic index, nutrition, amount and type of activity, age, and sex among other factors.

- One can't change the genes he or she is born with, therefore some individuals are simply built to accumulate more or less fat. Genes can also affect where body fat accumulates as well.

What happens to the sleep cycle stages when we don't get enough sleep?
BigorU [14]
When we don’t get enough sleep your body malfunctions, and also your brain. When you don’t sleep, first of all your body feels exhausted, and tiring. Next, it can hurt your brain because your brain always needs rest. If it doesn’t, it can not properly function, and doesn’t work that well either during school or daily life. This is another interesting fact I noticed and heard about. When you don’t sleep, your skin can get worse. Your skin needs to rest too as the rest of your body, so if you don’t, it can lead to breakouts, dry skin, baggy eyes, etc. Hope this helped!

When can I play golf after mpfl repair and cartilage replacement surgery in my knee?
Zigmanuir [339]

Answer:

4 months minimum, and 8 months are the maximum time period from which you have to refrain from any physical activity that's related to sports.

Explanation:

Most commonly after MPFL reconstruction, you will be placed in a knee immobilizer that holds the knee straight for the first two weeks after surgery.

Most people can generally return to sport or play sometime between 4 to 7 months after MPFL reconstruction. If you are considering the surgery, be aware than recovery times may vary and can be dependent on your individual anatomy, capacity to heal and general health prior to surgery.
