Cost and benefit analysis is an attempt to estimate all expenses involved and possible profits to be derived from a business opportunity or proposal.
It takes into account both quantitative and qualitative factors. Benefits to costs ratio and other indicators are used to do the assessment and the objective is to ascertain the soundness of investment opportunities. Example: An entrepreneur is thinking about opening a coffee shop where lots of office workers pass by. The rent (cost) is $500.000 a month and the estimated income (benefit) is $3.000.000 a month. The location is very far from his home (cost) but he has developed good skills at customer service so it would be relaxing to provide office workers with some free enjoyable time drinking coffee (benefit). Benefits are much higher than costs so the project is cost/benefit effective.
I'm saying soldiers get kill by bombs more than bullets
It would have knocked France out quickly enabling Germany to concentrate all her efforts on Russia
Well, I'm not sure if this will help, but I might be able to explain what it's asking. All it is asking is to research two generals in the revolutionary war, and to say how they preferred to attack the enemy. For example, some generals preferred to attack head on while others attacked secretly. Then, it asks for you to tell what their job was in the war. Were they a patriot or a red coat? Did they command part of the army in a major battle, or are perhaps more famous for providing help to troops before becoming a part of the army? If you need help on who to research, finding some pretty famous generals should work, as they will have the most information on them. Some that I found to be really interesting are Baron Von Steuben, Nathanael Greene, Charles Lee... that's just the patriots, and there's plenty more on both sides. I hope this helps!
