The money does the choir still need to raise is $180.

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

The money needed to be raised by the choir for an upcoming trip = $480.

It is given that, the money needed was raised in two fundraising projects.

<u>During the first fundraising project :</u>

The choir raised 25% of the money needed for the trip.

⇒ 25% of 480

⇒ (25/100) × 480

⇒ (1/4) × 480

⇒ 120

Therefore, the first fundraising project raised $120.

<u>During the second fundraising project :</u>

The choir raised 3/8 of the money needed for the trip.

⇒ 3/8 of 480

⇒ (3/8) × 480

⇒ 3 × 60

⇒ 180

Therefore, the second fundraising project raised $180.

<u>To find the money does the choir still need to raise :</u>

You need to find the remaining amount from the 480 after raising money from the two fund raising projects.

For that, find out how much you raised from those fund raising projects and subtract it from the 480.

Money needed = Total money required for the trip - Raised money

⇒ 480 - (120+180)

⇒ 480 - 300

⇒ 180 dollars.

The money does the choir still need to raise is $180.

Write the equation in slope intercept form. what are the slope and y-intercept?
Leno4ka [110]
Slope intercept is basically solve for y
y=mx+b
m=slope
b=yintercept

-3x-10y=7
add 3x to both sides
-10y=3x+7
divide both sides by -10
y=-3/10x-7/10

slope is -3/10
yintercept is -7/10 or at point (0,-7/10)

Answer:

11.)60 degrees the lines on the triangle (the lil dashes) mean that that all the sides are equal making all the angles equal as well so all the angles equal 60 degrees.

12.) no, because in order for all the sides to be 12ft the angles have to be 60 degrees and this one is only 58 degrees so it wont exactly reach 12ft

Step-by-step explanation:

hope this helps :P

By selling old CD Sarah has a store credit of $153 a new CD cost $18 what are the problem numbers of new cCD Sarah can buy
DiKsa [7]
Rileyflipflop, \frac{153}{18} = 8 \frac{1}{2}, since she can't buy half a CD, she's limited to no more than 8 CDs. If x = the cost of one CD, then x CDs cost $18x. Since we are limited to $153, our equation looks like... 18x < 153x < 8 \frac{1}{2} Again, since we can't buy half a CD, your answer should actually be... x ≤ 8 since we can buy 8 CDs or fewer.
