That’s a trapezoid. To find the area of a trapezoid, you take the 2 bases (9ft and 14ft) and add them up (23ft). Then divide the sum of the 2 bases by 2 (23/2=11.5). Then you take that and multiply it by the height (7ft). So 11.5(7)=80.5ft^2.
Formula for area of trapezoid:
a+b/2•h
a=base 1. b=base 2. h=height

Solve the system of equations. How many solutions foes the system have? Help pls :D
jenyasd209 [6]

Answer:

  • Infinitely Many Solutions

Step-by-step explanation:

Step-1: Re-write the equations into correct form.

  • => 6x + 3y = 24

              y = -2x + 8

  • => 6x - 24 = -3y

            -2x + 8 = y

Step-2: Multiply "-2x + 8 = y" by 3.

  • => 6x - 24 = -3y

            -6x + 24 = 3y

Step 3: Subtract or Add if needed

  • => 0 = 0

Because we got a result 0 = 0, this means that the system has infinitely many solutions.

Hoped this helped.

Setler [38]

Answer:

3×-6=3

3×=3+6

3×=9

×=3

Step-by-step explanation:

multiply 3 by the variables in the bracket.

then you will get 3×-6=3.

take the -6 to the right hand side and it becomes+6

then you get 3×=3+6 therefore =3×=9

then divide both sides by 3.

3×÷3 and 9÷3

×=3
