Absolutely, Roosevelt belonged to the Progressive wing of the Republican Party and advocated for strict government control of railroads, the trust-busting regulations and sanitary control of food and drugs. He also championed natural conservation. Taft on the other hand, was part of the Conservative wing of the Republican Party and favored private interests over the general welfare.

His policies were very reactionary and Roosevelt decided that because Taft did not have the best interest of the majority of the population at heart, he was unfit to be President of the United States. Roosevelt created the Progressive Party to split up the votes of the Republican Party and Taft lost the 1912 elections to Woodrow Wilson.

This translates into the beauty standard that the men follow and they look for beautiful women.

The women meanwhile try to look for a man who can provide them with in their pregnancy and then can look after the children so they look for men with stature and the ones that are strong in their group
